The tour was excellent value for money. The guide was very informative and entertained us well. The itinerary was well planned. May be one more day in Mount Lavinia and 01 less day in Negambo. Climbing ‘Sigiriya Rock Fortress’ was a great experience. Felt like we achieved something. The combination of coastal and inland attractions worked very well. The selected hotels, food & staff were excellent. We saw 65 elephants in ‘Kaudulla National Park’ which was amazing. The ‘Sigiriya Village Tour’ was a great experience. The guide was the best and he driver amazing.
Thank you Getaway Sri Lanka for the wonderful tour of Sri Lanka. The whole tour went smoothly, packed in a lot of activity, sights, culture, history and the hotels were great. A big thank you to Sharon, Upendri, George for your hospitality and checking on our progress and any needs. And our driver/guide De Silva who went above and beyond, punctual, safe driver, great guide, answering many tough questions from when he collected us from the airport to dropping us off at the airport. And a couple of great travel buddies Walter and Peter. I hope that tourists soon start to re visit this amazing country again.
